Won't pick up the phone. Had a delivery show up and there's no notification for a box of frozen goods that were just set out in the warehouse to rot. No attempt to assist in any manner. All you'll hear from them is "not my problem, not our fault"

They destroyed my Christmas vacation and cost me a lot of money to get home because I had to rent a car instead of fly. From what I understand they're going to reimburse me for what I lost Not being able to visit my grandchildren.

The guys there are good but there is a lady that has major attitude, I could see my package and she refused to give it to me. I'm a regular and the guys would not say anything... Horrible they made me go back and get an airway bill, when I return I have her a fake airway bill and one of the guys finally said oh it's rite here.....

Also, company have tools for your item to be secure, fast, and good from weather, accident or man-made cause. Need to ask on price. Mail informed on delivery, shipping and arrival, from best on asking on site. Phone and internet acquiring, on mode of delivery, transportation and time in pricing.
