The staff for flight 2078 going to Denver today went above and beyond for my kids during the Christmas season. Our elf on the shelf came with us and they were willing to scheme with us and pretend he was the last passenger looking for his family. This is why we fly Southwest again and again. Thank you so much 💓

Mary at gate E12 judgemental and stereotyping only us asking if we all are A1-15 like we must be deceiving the airlines. Rude like why would we be lined up just standing on our feet?? We paid to upgrade our boarding thanks.
