Very poor service. ROC airport cargo needs to step up, hire some people and train them to work. Would be helpful if they were open like before 5-11 and had at least minimal customer service. People who work there are just rude, clueless and unwilling to help. We are paying customers by the way, not asking for favors.

Poor planning - one agent checking in bags with a line of many people waiting. Due to the snow today, I arrived later than expected, 55 minutes before departure. Finally, another rep showed up (very rude) they were finally able to get the bag checked, but receivers a warning that bags are not guaranteed within 45 minutes of departure. This would not have been an issue if southwest could plan properly and have more than one employee working at their desk.

For the first time using this airline it was not bad. We had a long delay in Baltimore. However the airline line promised us to get us to our final destination. We where expecting the flight to be canceled with the weather . Than you South West

Some employees more helpful than others. Office is filthy.

Honestly worst experience I’ve had with an airline in a long time. We had lost baggage and the baggage claim customer support was about as unhelpful as can be. Then after being unhelpful they refused to answer the phone for days. I got 0 help and 0 solutions and they seemed not to care at all. 1/10 never again
