amazing service from everyone at southwest cargo fro Lubbock Texas to San Antonio, the service in both counters was incredible and made this Christmas Holidays for our family great, my college daughter forgetting her passport in Lubbock and getting overnighted to San Antonio to make sure we wouldn't miss our flight that day is everything for us, Thank you all that made it possible y'all are exceptional!!!!

This is the second time they loose our shipment.i don’t understand how you get mixed up sending a shipment to CALIFORNIA INSTEAD OF TEXAS.

Pick up live shipments weekly from the cargo dock and have never had a single issue. Great staff who care about their jobs

Very professional and courteous. Took the time to explain everything and even suggested not using same day delivery, to save a few bucks. Very nice people at the desk. They can really help you when you’re in a bind.
