The company itself is great but I don’t know where to start with this specific CARGO location. This review is not for its airlines. Customer service is horrible all around. Walk in and don’t get greeted. Everyone seems like when you walk in, they are upset to see you. Everyone is sitting on their behinds either on their phone or watching tv. I’m sure there is something to be done. If I could, I would not bring my business here but we need the service southwest provides. When they do help you, they never fill out all the information from the sheet pre filled by myself and my company.

If you're looking for a quick, cheap ride, hookup Southwest Airlines! Just make sure you plug your nose when they smash you in next to someone who doesn't fly on a regular basis and therefore doesn't understand common courtesy by using deodorant! I prefer Jet Blue, but they don't fly everywhere and when you need a quick flight to Frisco, SW is the cheapest way out!

Incredible service speed and I’ve never had such a good experience before with cargo. Highly recommend. (But actually, like for real).

Terrible trip all-around. Southwest might offer competitive rates on their flights, but I urge you to consider another airline. They have jerked me around with flights and reservations on several occassions. And their flight service is really falling off. On a recent trip to Belize out of Houston, the flight crew literally sat around for the 2+ hr flight, didn't bother to serve drinks or snacks. And when I asked the attendant passing by what was going on, she literally said the crew was "asleep". Addtionally the flight was late and attitude of the flight crew was pretty terrible. On the flight home we were delayed two hours and ended up getting back to LAX at 3:30am! Total joke. If you have another option, take it. Southworst is on the decline.

SERVICE IS AWFUL ? SOUTHWEST AIRLINES IN ONTARIO IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND AT IT'S WORST . START OFF WITH I WAS A LITERALLY RUNNING TO MY FLIGHT ASKED ANOTHER AGENT TO CALL LET THEM KNOW I WAS COMING 4/9/2018 @ 5:25 A.M flight, SHE CALLS AND REPLY YOU HAVE A MINUTE BEFORE THE GATE CLOSES . I GET THERE WITHIN THAT MINUTE TO ONLY SEE THE DOOR HAD CLOSED AND AGENT IS TURNING ONTO RAMP TOWARD THE AIRPLANE . MIND YOU NOT ONCE HAD I HEARD MY NAME CALLED OVER THE INTERCOM . I GET THERE WALK OVER TO THE DESK TO ASK THE AGENT DID SHE GET A CALL FROM FROM OTHER SHE SAID YES ! BUT I WAS DOING SOMETHING AND DIDN'T TELL THEM ??? MY PURPOSE FOR THIS TEXT IS SOUTHWEST IS ALWAYS LATE, BUT WHEN A CUSTOMER AS MYSELF AND MANY OTHERS ARE LATE IT'S A OH WELL SITUATION???Couldn't get a flight out that morning until 10:10 a.m . MY FLIGHT TODAY (4/15/2018),IS SET TO LEAVE ONT TO SMF 8:45 PM I WAS JUST NOTIFIED THAT MY FLIGHT WOULD BE DELAYED 2 HRS SO DEPARTURE IS SET FOR 10:30 PM. MY SCHEDULE IS JUST AS BUSY AND MY BUSINESS IS JUST AS IMPORTANT??? CONCERNED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
