I've been picking up packages here for around two years now, and I have to say that I haven't had a bad experience yet. Everyone is polite and eager to assist me. They've even walked my packages out and helped me load them in my car. I order live Blue crabs and they handle them with care

This review is for the Southwest Cargo location at Burbank airport, which I could not find on Google maps. An employee, Evan went above and beyond to diffuse a stressful situation with another employee. He was kind and patient and effectively resolved my issue. Such a beautiful soul. Thankful for him. 🙏🙏🙏

I had a great experience at Southwest Cargo thanks to Eric! I came in unsure of how the process worked, but Eric was incredibly kind and patient the entire time. He not only explained everything clearly, but he also helped me carry the box inside and made sure it was taped properly before shipping. That level of care and attention meant a lot, especially since I was totally clueless going in. The whole staff was friendly, but Eric really stood out. He went above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise. Thank you, Eric, for making everything so smooth and stress-free!

I felt pointed out. It was not a good feeling. It was just weird 😕. I started a shipping business and I have ship from them at least 5 times this last leg of the year. It has always been smooth until this day. I flet single out and my package was the only put into X ray not once did they x ray the other people's packages just mysteriously A Line opens up and the lady tells me to come here I was told this will be faster but I was in line behind two other people that they could have asked to come before me I just felt like I was singled out discriminated against. I've never seen this employee before her attitude was not up to par her etiquette was sloppy and she was kind of rude. I just know next time I better not be single out for my box to be x ray and no one else. They act like I was shipping illegal stuff. I felt disrespected her attitude was nasty next time I'm giving her a piece of my mind. I also remember the employee's name very well
