This is 1 of the best place I do business with! Very professional staff/crew, quick in n out, no waiting 45+ mins! (I'm talking about you DELTA! 👇), no Faul language or being ignored (again I'm talking about you delta!)... No conversations about coworkers life! ( can you tell i dislike delta so much!) anyways in a nutshell : go here 2 save time n 💰! Assuming you value your time! ✌😀👍

Left today for a flight to Phoenix the dirty blond flight attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful and if I wasn’t flying home to visit my grandmother in the hospital I would have walked off the plane. I can’t believe southwest would hire someone with such arrogance and unprofessional behavior.. she should be let go so she can work at Walmart or Mc Donald’s so she can continue to act like that or learn to treat people with respect they deserve I don’t have the flight attendants name if south west would like to contact me to discuss this matter she was not wearing her name tag.. but I will most likely never fly this air line again because of this behavior

Relocated to North Salt Lake in 2016 to open an office for our firm and have dealt with the Salt Lake crew often. Always a pleasant experience dealing with the professional staff. Equipment always arrives where it's supposed to go and when it is supposed to be there.

After 3.5 years of 2-3 times a week receiving shipments I finally changed carriers. SWA has the worst employees at the SLC hub. Unbelievably rude and condescending. Sometimes you just have to find a company that wants your business.

Went to welcome my great uncle's remains home after almost 80 at Pearl Harbor. Every Southwest employee I interacted with was fantastic & respectful. The pilot for the flight was on the tarmac with us as well. Her shared with the passengers in flight the details of the "special cargo" & they all applauded. This was great that he shared this experience with us as well. Thank you for being so fantastic with everything.
