**5 Stars!** Well howdy, y'all! Let me tell ya 'bout my experience at Southwest Cargo in Las Vegasโit was as smooth as ridin' a well-broke bronco on a clear day. This place makes shipping cargo as easy as ropin' a calf at sunrise. The folks there are friendly as a ranch dog and they sure know their stuff. The building itself is clean as a freshly swept barn floor, and gettin' there is as simple as ridin' down a straight shootin' trail. No fuss, no muss. Now, when I went to pick up my cargo, there was this ol' van next to mine loadin' up what they called "fresh" seafood. Whoo-ee, did that smell! It was enough to knock a buzzard off a manure wagon, but hey, that ain't Southwest Cargo's fault. They kept their place smellin' as sweet as a field of wildflowers after a spring rain. Overall, Southwest Cargo in Las Vegas is the real deal. If you got stuff to ship, don't think twice. Five stars from this cowboy!

I have used Southwest Cargo for many years and they are always efficient and get out our goods on time, every time. Their staff is very friendly and helpful with our cargo. I would definitely recommend shipping with them anytime.

We have used Southwest Cargo over 8 years now. We handle fragile and expensive instruments. They have not let us down. They all seem to be happy to work there and doesn't take long to process our shipments. They have been consistent The office is very clean and bright. They have always been my first choice for cargo shipping. We will continue to do business with them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Jenina at the gate C9. We were informed by Jenina that we would be on standby and that due to my mother's injured ankle, she would assist us at 8:45. However, at 8:45, Jenina took her lunch break and left without helping us. Additionally, I was very unhappy with Jenina's overall attitude. She was absent-minded, unconcerned, and rude. At one point, I witnessed her rolling her eyes towards my mother and cutting us off while we were explaining our situation. This level of service is unacceptable. Fortunately, another attendant, Tawana, was very helpful. She was able to book us on the next standby immediately, and thanks to her, we were able to proceed with our flight. I hope to never have this kind of experience with Jenina again, and it makes me reconsider flying with Southwest in the future.
