“This place used to be great before they moved to the new location. I stopped by today to drop off some packages, and the experience was disappointing. The staff were not friendly at all—they used to be warm and welcoming, but now they don’t even greet customers or ask how you’re doing. It’s unfortunate to see the customer service go downhill.

The new SWA cargo facility is a huge upgrade to their former location. They even improved their already premier customer service in this location!

They gave my shipment to someone else. Truly incompetent people. This comes from years of experience. They just don't care.
