I have flown on several different airlines, but I have to say that Southwest Airlines so far has been my absolute favorite. Their staff is kind, helpful and of course my favorite hilariously funny. They take the tension out of flying. If there's a Southwest flight available I'm not taking any other Airline!

Worst experience ever!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of flying with Southwest Airlines out of Charlotte Airport, and I am compelled to share the distressing encounter I had with the gate staff. Their behavior was not only unfair but blatantly racist, and it has left me deeply disappointed and outraged. Despite arriving at the gate while it was still open, I experienced an incredibly distressing situation. I ran to the gate, clearly in a hurry, only to have it abruptly closed right in my face by the staff. I had my 70y mother on wheel chair who was following behind me. Staff rudely declined to scan my boarding pass while gate was still open. Instead of receiving any assistance or understanding, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The staff showed no empathy or willingness to help, despite my evident efforts to make it on time. To my dismay, I witnessed another passenger, who was of the same race as the staff member, was allowed to board the plane just a second before me without any issues. This made it clearly racism for me and my family as we didn’t belong to same ethnicity as staff. I expect more from an airline that prides itself on customer service and inclusivity. This incident has left a lasting negative impression, and I urge Southwest Airlines to address this serious issue promptly. No passenger should ever feel marginalized or discriminated against based on their race. Until substantial changes are made, I will be reconsidering my travel options and advising others to do the same.

Patrick helped us find our bag the day after a late arriving and delayed flight. He was kind, helpful, and made me laugh while assisting us. I appreciate the great attitude and customer service that is consistently found on SWA.

They are keep rebuilding and renewin everything which is nice

Really great staff, but way overcrowded. Also, both legs of my trip had the planes way too hot.
