They have thieves in their luggage department! On a trip back from a cruise my wife bought some gifts for the grandkids. When we got home the bag was missing and also a $200 blow dryer. In total, we lost over $500 worth of of things. I can't stand a thief!

I love this Airline. The workers are gracious and kind they're helpful and non-judgmental. I'm sad to find out that they're going to eliminate the sit where you wish and go to assigned seating soon. That'll make it a little bit harder for me as I travel with the service dog. What that means is if I can't get a space big enough for him and me then I will have to book multiple flights just to have a layover so he and I don't get cramped from being pressed into a small space.

We always fly Southwest for the best fares and we went through a 23 hour travel ordeal where weather caused us to miss our flights, spend, morning afternoon and evening in the airport but thanks to Wonderful receptionists, patient, kind and accomodating, we slept in our own beds by sunrise.

Southwest Airlines was amazing. The drink options were free while the food options are normal things you would expect. I have flied this airline about 5 times and they were all great. I recommend this if you want a cheap flight from point a to point b.

The crew was great. Some of the passengers unfortunately were not (foul mouths in the presence of families, same folks trying to jump the line...). The Southwest crew was awesome the entire time. Keep it up and I'll keep flying with you!
