Their help desk has pride flags hanging all over. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Do better southwest. Will not be flying with them again. I’m trying to travel, not have who you sleep with shoved down my throat. Employees are EXTREMELY rude. Trudi in particular was extremely rude when checking my boarding pass
