Packed plane, sent us out to a destination where they knew it was to Foggy to see and pouring thundering lightning, we could not land after several times, brought us to another state, where we had to find our own way home in addition to our rides waiting. We should have arrived at 5:25 p.m., did not return till after midnight. No reimbursement, I never fly, neither does my sister who bought the ticket, the least they could have done is given us cash for the extra, time money we had to spend, not enough seats when charging phone, no phone charger on plane, no water or food when we headed to Boston and even if they give money or free ride to reimbursement, I don't travel, cash only will do it, never using their service again, if I ever have to fly again I will be using delta even thou the expense is higher

I had flown in from Jacksonville airport in Florida I thought my luggage was lost when I got to Portland but they found it the luggage was ripped but everything was in it. And Southwest replace the luggage with a brand new suitcase I was very happy with the service that Southwest extended to me thank you Southwest Airlines

Agents don’t man the desk until 2 hours before flight leaves. This information is not published anywhere. While waiting someone comes out and puts out a sign saying will be back at X:XX time. This was after a half and hour of waiting.
