Well, the airport is undergoing construction on its front. The directions are typically good except traffic has a slight detour because of the awning be built. A different entrance is being used. Still, the directions work especially if familiar with the airport. I typically use Southwest Airlines.

I love southwest! Wish all airlines would let you board and pick your own seat. We flew the first time with a pet in the cabin.. besides one ornery flight attendant it was smooth and easy.

Overall I like SWA, but the lack of self-service kiosks and sufficient agents to check bags, especially during early morning rush, is very stressful. SWA, please help your customers with this repeated problem. Thanks.
