My experience from checking my bag in at Salt Lake International Airport with Southwest airlines, to the boarding process was very smooth and the staff we're super friendly for how early it was on a Sunday morning. My flight was on time, the terminal was exceptionally clean, the only complaint was the 737-700 I flew on shows it age.

Booked a round trip flight to phoenix 2 months ago and had to change one of the flights for a family funeral. We had to depart 2 days sooner. Kept the same return flight and reservation number. Not only did we pay the additional flight cost which was about double the entire original round trip fare, which I could stomach, as the change was made just a couple days before the flight, but they also said the free bag was no longer included. The return flight stayed the same but that didn’t matter. They just want to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. Well they just pushed me off their customer list. They are turning into another Frontier now. Sad to see them loose their culture of reasonable customer service.

Terrible service. Planes are trash. They do not carry enough fuel. We had to land at closet airport for fuel... have to wait to refuel then go to the stop we were supposed to stop at and then go to another stop. Make more direct flights. Cheap company

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Chandi during an early morning airport drop-off for my son’s summer break. As a multiple sclerosis survivor, long walks—even with a cane—can be exhausting, and I was definitely feeling it. Sensing my fatigue, Chandi appeared like a spirit-of-the-airport able-body-angel and kindly asked, “Can I get a wheelchair for you and transport you to your gate?” I was so relieved and deeply grateful for her attentiveness. What really stood out was how friendly and engaging she was—funny, talkative, and just a joy to be around. We laughed, shared summer plans, and exchanged a few life-is-hard-but-we’re-still-here stories. Because of her (and this amazing service, even for non-ticketed passengers), I got to see my son off before his 49-day adventure. Chandi turned what could’ve been a stressful and emotional moment into a warm, lighthearted memory. People like her truly make all the difference. I hope we cross paths again—thank you, Chandi!

Thank you southwest for getting me home at no cost. They changed my ticket. I broke me arm snowboarding in snowbird and they where very considerate and nice. That’s why I fly Southwest. Thanks again
