Iโm posting for an interaction with a representative named Carlee around 4:30am this morning - I was trying to get a better seating position and had tried several times but different payment methods wasnโt working- she let me know that PayPal and other sites use 3rd payments which maybe a bit slower. She also let me know I need not worry because my ticket included accessibility services. I was so appreciative and relieved. I was courteous to her from the beginning- itโs better to be kind these days-she is kind was reassuring me that this was her job & she was appreciative- this was a flight destination RDU- also from start to finish-the entire Southwest team was awesome. The pilots were friendly & helpful. Very appreciative of the accessible service - very deserving of the high rating

Excellent airline, they operate like a clockwork. 04/15/25 Flight# 1768 and Flight# 102 Very impressed with both legs. Wonderful crew, efficient and fun ๐

Not sure what I can say about Southwest; prices have gone up. Service has gone down. I used to be a long time, loyal customer of theirs. flying 2-3 times a month. Now I try to avoid them.

I really do not understand why southwest doesn't do seat numbers. Just give your passengers seat numbers when they check in like any civilized airline does. Families like to sit together, especially families with small children. My whole family, of 6 members, were seperated and scattered throughout the whole plane, which wouldn't have been a problem if I did not have a 4 yr old with me. There werent anymore side by side seats available for me to sit with me, my husband and baby altogether. Lets forget husband for this instance,no seats together to even sit with my child. They also would not allow us to take her on our lap as its against airlines policy. Yes, southwest does family boarding, but were delayed, by no fault of our own, but because there were no overhead luggage space and we had to stand in line to check in our luggages. And lo n behold no seats available either. We ended up delaying the flight further just because no one was willing to move. Then by the grace of almighty, one wonderful lady got up and asked other people to move around so that atleast me and my baby could sit together. What a stupidly crazy experience. Just do seat numbers!

I flew from RDU to Nashville Monday night, and the flight was so cool. The plane held 175 people, and there were only 15 passengers. The flight attendants were so nice and friendly. The flight was so smooth and it was so nice not having someone sitting on both sides of you for just over an hour flight. They are very inexpensive and we'll worth the money. My return flight was almost full and it went great.
