Just saw the most disturbing thing and I'm so glad this was not my flight. I'm waiting for my flight and I look up because I hear Captain Marzi Are you ready for your flight? And it was the man that does the check-ins talking to a pilot who just walked past him in the concourse because the plane is already boarded and they're waiting for the pilot apparently. If a pilot has to be called to his plane like that... That might be a little of a red flag.. So glad this isn't my flight.

I will literally only fly Southwest. It is the only airline that I trust and I’ve never had any issues with them, but I had to go ahead and give them a three star review. Maybe in the wake of this government shut down some of their staff is feeling some type of way, but on 10/14 on my flight back from Virgina at 5:05 pm the air stewardess Heaven had quite an attitude, and even decided that it was OK for her to roll her eyes at me because I was distracted as she was asking me a question. I apologized and in her very passive aggressive manor that was her response and I was completely taken aback by it. It ruined my whole experience and was just like wow what a way to end what was a great vacation.

Even though it left departure city 1/2 hr late b4 I left home SW Airlines was updated on website & reader board at Tampa Cell phone wait area was also updated. So I was well informed instead of wondering. This happened Early Shut Down so things r now worse at bigger airports w/TSA & Air Controllers. I pray Congress & Executive Branch get their acts together & serve the people they were elected to take care of instead of harming innocent travellers.

My grandfather is in the hospital not sure if going to make it & they want to charge $1,000 to change flight a few days. This place is a money grab never flying southwest again!!! We were loyal southwest flyers & credit card holders which I will be canceling as well!

Tiniest bit of power gets to the heads of staff. I’m a frequent traveler on Southwest and found this airport staff never got the memo on courtesy. Gate agents and kiosk agents alike, everyone just equally rude. Be better. Where is the famous Southwest Airlines friendliness?
