    First time flying in 15 years and Southwest made it very easy and enjoyable for my husband and I. We were a little rusty but people were happy to help. All staff was very polite as well as onboard staff. The only thing that threw me off was that I did not know that business class just allows you to board a little sooner than the rest of the plane. We did have priority service and a couple of free beverages on each trip. Thank you

    My flight out of Colorado Springs was delayed. This meant that I would miss my connecting flight in Denver. I called them & the person on the phone said that if I canceled the first flight, I could "just go online" & fill out a form for a refund on that first flight. Based on this advice, I got a ride to Denver & made it onto my connecting flight on time. Now, all of my form submissions for a refund or a voucher have been denied. There is no appeals process or a person that I can speak with about this. Just a big middle finger after stealing money for a flight that I did not take. They clearly do not care about their customers. I will never give them my money ever again. Oh, & one of their flight attendants was incredibly rude.

    Southwest Airlines is easy to book and amazingly answered the phone right away when I needed to call with a question. No long wait for a representative, I'm still in shock! Customer service was very helpful, and our plane rides were smooth and mostly on time. The one thing I don't like is that you do not get to choose your seat ahead of time, so there is no guarantee you will sit with the party you are flying with. It seems like an easy fix, and customers don't like having to wonder if they will get to sit in a seat that is to their liking. *Pro tip: the minute the 24 hr mark hits to check in, you must check yourself in so you get as early of a boarding spot when you arrive at your gate. It is the only way to help get a seat together with your designated party.

    Soutwest airlines was great flying out of Colorado Springs flying to Baltimore on June 9th. I'm behind on writing a review. Southwest was easy to check in had no issues and the staff on our plane was very friendly. One staff member in particular Ralph was polite and made sure our needs were met. Thank you Southwest for making flying again at ease.

    The southwest staff in this airport are the most naggy and condescending people I've ever encountered in an airport in the united states. You talk to me and my wife in a condescending way and when I respond, your agent tells me that the first amendment doesn't apply here and makes us wait to board. You would never survive in any other place in the US where people don't need safe spaces after acting like insane children when you're reconfronted back. We paid to board this plane, don't be rude and then be mad when people are rude back. Period. Your job description does not involve that. Take a training course in JFK airport or any other actual airport then come back here and do better.
