Took a flight to Kentucky from the West Coast and back. I did not have any issues with this airline. Loved their service in flight and boarding and disembarking procedures. Highly recommend this airline if you're flying to Midwest from West Coast.

I haven’t flown in years. This was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with had a great attitude. So much more organized than it used to be. Great job Southwest. Loved the free movies on the flight!

Great experience flying, probably the best I've experienced so far. I will most likely use Southwest Airlines in any future flight. I like the two checked bags, and also the good chances of grabbing a window seat!

I love how we get to choose our own seats. Checking in on-time 24hrs prior to departure of my flight was worth it! I was traveling with a group and we were making sure to keep track of time for check-in so we can all sit together. I feel like choosing a seat on the day of AND in-person is way better than picking your seat online because seats get filled up easily and inconvenient if traveling with your family/friends. Am glad to have flew with Southern Airlines for the first time🤩

Amazing as always. Even got us out of a connection flight heading to Oakland. Staff is funny and amazing. As they always have been since I can remember even as a kid. Super trained to help in the emergency exit row (me) haha. Had a good laugh from Oakland to Ontario with that one.

I have been an A-lister for over a decade now. Just like any company, there are pros and cons. When it comes to SWA, I have more pros than cons. They have many flights available. Excellent customer service. Prices are very reasonable. Flight attendants are top-notch. Drinks and snacks on board are free except alcohol. I just wish they have more international flights than just Mexico and the carribean.

I love everything about flying with Southwest. They have indeed thought of everything. The attention to small details while flying makes a big difference. The crew is always cheerful and dedicated to their jobs. The planes are clean, and the pilots are excellent. I feel safe every time I fly with them. Additionally, having free internet access to WhatsApp while in the air helps me stay connected with my loved ones on the ground. The terminal crew also zips around, engaging with everyone for a quick, comfortable boarding with clear, concise instructions. Once onboard, I found my seat was comfy, not enough for a nap, but good enough so that my bums still had feelings when I landed 😴 😅 😀. Great job, Southwest!
