Horrible customer experience. The only airline that won’t let you sit with your family. Our nine-year-old daughter and my wife and I were scattered around the plane in the individual seats and the flight attendant said there was nothing they could do. Will never fly this airline again and do not recommend.

I want to thank Mr. Nelson for the great professional help during the issue we had with one of the team members. He is the right man at the right time at the right place.

The worst airline company they cancel my flights and doesn’t give me hotel room to spend the night and refuse to refund me my money

I chose Southwest airlines because they let me check in two suitcases for free and carry on is also free. They also let me change ticket dates without penalty like other airlines. The price is also reasonable compared to other airlines but with the additional perks mentioned above. If that is the case I don't see the reason why people wouldn't choose Southwest airlines for their next vacation getaway. I also want to mention that the flight attendants are friendlier than other airlines too. Fun to fly. Highly recommended.

Professional third time I've had to check my bags because they were overbooked with a carry-on. That's discouraging

Horrible. Changed our flight to the next day without hotel or transportation accommodations. The attendant could not care less about the inconvenience or additional costs or other ramifications. After 2 years of not flying SW due to similar issues, we decided to give them another try. It was the proverbial last straw.
