A young pilot captain casually asked if he could push my wheelchair. He wasn't told to, just saw that another pusher was needed and stepped in. Southwest, you have amazing employees! Dont ever Cracker Barrel yourselves 👍

First time in years I traveled Southwest. The planes are tired, the service is poor, the flights that they booked for me did not make it on time. The first one was changed without my permission, the return was late and I only made the connection because so was the second. I paid to upgrade my flight for early boarding and was given “B” section boarding. I was told to read the fine print that the upgrade I purchased (and paid for non-refundable) was not guaranteed. All in all, pretty poor airline.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t let have a refund for my flight. Told me I should have bought the refundable ticket…. Like wow how insensitive. I don’t want some stupid store credit I want my money back. Gave them about a month notice so it’s not last minute. They’re a wealthy corporation bc they’re unethical. Make sure to book with a cc that will take your side. Cough cough Amex

0 stars! The worst airline ever! I should arrive at my destination at 9:30AM and now they tell me that I'll arrive at 5:01PM. And NO REFOUND! Do you think is normal to treat people like that? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Had the worst experienced with Southwest! Flying from Seattle to Denver and what should've been a 2 hrs flight turned out to be a 5.5hr. Once on board, plane had an issue and had to wait for 3 hrs on the taxiway. Once we landed, our gate was taken by another plane and had to wait on the taxiway again. I lost my next flight and had to sleep in the airport! Seems like Southwest Admin. kinda lost their operations procedure.
