Best flight I have had in a long time. Flight was on schedule. No problems. Flight attendants were all polite and did their job well.

Still waiting on Southwest to put my name on a plane as much as I fly them. Has been my go to airline for travel for 20 years. Truly have the LUV they are none for. Writing this on a SWA flight right now.

I flew Southwest for the first time last month and really enjoyed it. I really liked that you don't have to book a seat but you are guaranteed a spot on the plane. You line up by the boarding number on your ticket, and take an available seat when you board. I kept telling my mom "when you see a seat take it"🤣. Most available seats will be the seat in the middle, so if you like an isle seat or a window seat then you may want to pay extra or upgrade. That was interesting, but I liked it. As long as I don't get an isle seat I'm good. I tell you the staff at each location and onboard was hilarious! Especially when asking or begging for bags to be checked to make room. I'll take a flight for the commentary alone!

We only use Southwest Airlines and enjoyed the operation of the business. Why change a good system from free luggage to assign seats makes no since to me. It appears now America businesses is trying to implode. The start of ruining a sound process for greed.

Way over crowded now I hate it honestly makes me not want to fly Southwest anymore 😒 and now bag fees huge turn off and just makes more idiots carry on even when their bags don't even fit Delay after delay just get delayed some more by total idiots who should have checked their over sized back in to began with ugh. Staff is always super sweet love that. Can u give me 2 bags of those pretzels please 🙏 I love those things! Hahaha. I am praying and hoping we do not end up going assigned seating too because I'm like great more fees to tack on no thanks the bag thing is annoying enough I cannot even imagine what that will be like.

Even during the government shutdown, the staff were polite and helpful. I was flying out of State College, PA to AZ with a layover in Phili. I do NOT like flying and this is especially true for smaller planees (60 people). My fears went unfounded. Leaving late morning and in good weather and the flight was smooth. I sat in the front on the left side where the view was amazing. Unfortunately, there wasn't space in the overhead compartments to fit my carry-on luggage. The staff took the bag and put it in the check-in luggage area. I forgot to take my DSLR camera out of the bag so missed the opportunity to take photos with it. I did use my cell phone, but there is no comparison to what I could have taken. I'll be flying again in April 2026 and hope the weather will be clear and that I'll have the opportunity to take photos with my "real" camera then.

One of the best airlines, hands down! I love how we can choose our own seats. I love their choice of snacks and drinks. Our flight experience from San Francisco to Arizona was great.

Took a Vacation for 1 week using Southwest Airlines leaving Indiana going to Phoenix,Arizona. And returning to Indiana using the same Airlines.. Ppl are very pleasant and very helpful ☺️.
