They ask us to take out some items from our carry-on. I did it in less than 3 min but they closed the doors. We lost the fly. We were going to family trip. 1st time in 14 years I did not see my parents. They put that in the trash can. The sad part was my kiddos crying and my mom in Cuba.

I was denied entry onto my flight. I had a valid boarding pass via the Southwest app. If you think paying for a ticket is a guarantee of being allowed access to your Southwest flight you are mistaken. They can and did refuse me entry. I also dont care for their cattle like herding system to board.
