The traffic right now is bad. They are under construction in the departure area. Only one lane open. New restaurants have opened. For super early flights, you do have to wait for security to open up around 3:40am. But there is a lot of people lined up already. The restrooms are very clean. Wish there was another Starbucks in the airport, the line gets insane. Staff, some are nice but security is not. Lots of restaurants to choose from. But most don’t open until 6am.

Family Cruise in the caribbean we had to fly to San Juan Puerto Rico to start the cruise. It a long flight but reasonably comfortable for this 6' 260lb 61 year old man. 4 planes up and back Appreciate Southwest getting us up and back safely.

Was waiting to board a flight from Salt Lake City to Houston. A few wheelchair passengers were pushed into the jetway before the rest of all the passengers can board. Only 3 gate agent helpers were readily available to help 3 of the wheelchair passengers… the Captain of the plane pushed the last wheelchair passenger onto the jetway and up into the plane. This is wonderful customer service. I thanked the Captain when I walked onto the aircraft, and told that that was a great gesture of kindness. He said at Southwest we all do everything we can as a team to make every flight a great experience…

Flying with Southwest Airlines from Houston Hobby to Nashville was an excellent experience all around. The process from check-in to landing was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Hobby Airport was easy to navigate, and the Southwest staff made the boarding process quick and organized. I really appreciated the friendly and professional flight crew. They made the trip enjoyable with their welcoming attitude and helpful service, going out of their way to ensure everyone was comfortable. The cabin felt clean and well-kept, and the open seating policy made it easy to choose a spot that worked best for me. The flight itself was on time, which made the trip even better. It was a short and comfortable ride with smooth takeoff and landing. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the free entertainment options helped pass the time. Another standout was the value—Southwest’s baggage policy is hard to beat, with two checked bags included, making travel much easier and more affordable compared to other airlines. Overall, flying Southwest from Houston Hobby to Nashville was convenient, enjoyable, and reliable. Between the friendly crew, smooth process, and great value, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start my trip to Music City. I’ll definitely choose Southwest again for future travels.

I flew on Southwest Airlines to Texas for my Momma's 90th surprise birthday party. I had a wheelchair and they helped me and made my travels easy. I'm so thankful! Everyone was very kind.

I enjoyed it but with the changes I'm not sure if its worth for me to go from Carmel Maine to Portland Maine to save money. I might as well spend the extra to fly out of Bangor ME.
