Easiest way to fly. I always use SWA due to baggage policy. I rated it a 2 because I called customer service to verify costs as I was trying to move items out of my storage to my home out of state. So I had 3 bags. I asked since the first 2 are free is the third one $35 (for 1st bag) or $150 (for 3rd bag)? She assured me it would be payment on the 1st bag of $35 since the other 2 are free. When I get to the airport the CSR asks for $150 payment. I told him about my conversation with SWA and was assured it would be $35. His general attitude was $150, are you going to pay or do we take it out of the mix? I paid for my bag. I wrote to SWA the next morning (114365976 case) and am still waiting a reply. This was the first time I have ever had any problems with Southwest or I would of rated it a 1

Its hard to believe that Southwest is going to assigned seating and having to pay for a second bag. Those were what set Southwest apart from every other airline. And now it's just gonna be another airline. So, so sad for every customer who fly with you. Really disappointing.

Just saw the most disturbing thing and I'm so glad this was not my flight. I'm waiting for my flight and I look up because I hear Captain Marzi Are you ready for your flight? And it was the man that does the check-ins talking to a pilot who just walked past him in the concourse because the plane is already boarded and they're waiting for the pilot apparently. If a pilot has to be called to his plane like that... That might be a little of a red flag.. So glad this isn't my flight.

It was our first time flying Southwest and I have to say it was a pleasure flying Southwest considering the crazy and chaotic times we are living with air travel these past weeks. The app was very helpful with the updates on departure times and the in flight experience was top notch. The cabin was clean and very roomy and modern and the flight attendants were extra friendly and helpful. I recommend Southwest for your air travel needs.

It was my first time flying Southwest, and it wasn't too bad. I had Business Select seats, so we got to pick our seats first. The customer service was awesome, especially in Orlando. Our return flight got delayed and then changed, but it was to an earlier flight. I could've still gone to the airport at my usual time instead of rushing, but it was a good experience overall. I'll fly Southwest again.
