    Was really excited to start planning for our Disney 2026 trip. The last time I traveled with my grandsons and the first time flying was in 2022 and we had the best experience with Southwest. Was worried flying with a child with low to mild Autism and the staff handled it like the pros they are. The reason I'm leaving 1 star and would leave negative stars if it was an option, is seeing the new app version for 2026 and booking your flight. The forced seating arrangement is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly shows they have now become a money-hungry company. For this, here on out I will drive to are vacation destination instead of flying. When I take my international trips at the end of 2026 and 2027 will just book with another company. One of your company's biggest assets was the way that your old app looked and functioned and the no mandatory seating arrangement. Highly Disappointed!!

    I would award this airline five stars as a result of the kindness and patience from the ladies at the baggage office, after I left my cell phone and wallet on the plane. Their help saved me a lot of trouble. However, Southwest airlines has been nothing but an absolute nightmare to deal with. In the past, they have singlehandedly ruined vacations for me. They'll blame everything on weather to weasel their way out of paying for accommodations (that the pilot promised by the way because even HE knew that weather wasn't the culprit) and then follow up with some of the worst customer service in the industry. What a terrible company. But let's go CMH baggage at Southwest!

    Columbus airport on the Southwest Gate is pretty clean. Restrooms are maintained as well. Arriving here at 6:30pm took me about 45 minutes to get through TSA. They have a new X Ray Machine that do not require us to take out any laptops or computers from our luggage. So it took a little longer to get through. Once in the Gateway, restaurants were calling last call and some of the kitchens were closed. Donatos had to close their kitchen because someone called in. My flight was delayed so I had to get on another flight to try and get home. Overall, airport is pretty easy to get in and get out. If your renting a vehicle, you get on a van that takes you to rent center and vice versa. The attendants there are working hard to get you on a vehicle. Good luck on your next flight.

    I am flying 4 or more times a month this year. I have flown frequently over the last 15 years and fly Southwest 99% of the time now. I love their customer service and great culture and attitude. Sometimes the pilots will even give a tour of #columbus and sneak in a flyover of #theshoe #osu #southwestairlines
