Overall a good experience. Just disappointing that a major airline still requires charges to use internet if you are in general boarding. This is standard in other airlines.

I have had such good experiences with Southwest Airlines lately I just had to offer a review. I started flying again in July 2020 after canceling multiple trips all over due to the pandemic. Southwest was so easy and truly seemed to care about their passengers health and safety. Switching dates and flights were never an issue and the staff is always reliably friendly and professional.

Awesome best airliner that goes to baltimore to fort myers or fort myers to baltimore when we use it for visiting my cousin in wildcat run golf course so no delays and canceled our flight.

As someone with A-List status, I've never had to wait in a line dropping off my luggage or getting any sort of assistance at RSW. Very friendly employees at RSW and every flight feels consistent which is what it should be.
