Great service from start to finish! We flew with Southwest from San José to Los Angeles and were treated kindly and attentively throughout the entire flight. It’s a low-cost airline, but offers quality and excellence. Highly recommended!

Was heading to san Juan Puerto Rico. doing a family cruise together That's a long flight. The planes are set up for profit so 0 entertainment and cute little snacks..Iam 6 feet 260lb 61 year old man despite having a bad left knee i was reasonably comfortable. and two of the 4 fights had seasoned flight attendant who cracked up the whole plane during the pre-flight announcements. most importantly southwest, got me and my family back safely. I'll do it again. Thank you for all those who made my family trip a Blessing.

I would give them a zero if I could! Horrible attitudes towards people. Specifically Asians! I got the same rude attitude in December 2023! They continue to laugh as me and my wife sit on the floor!

My flight was on time and the staff was friendly and welcoming! Lots of available charging ports outside the boarding gate with comfortable seating.

I don't fly much but the times I have, it's been with southwest. The times I have flown, I have never had an issue with them. I like the way they arrange the boarding, people in wheel chairs first then people with little kids then everyone else. Flight attendants are always very polite and attentive.

Southwest is great… until you hit LAX. I was having an issue getting my boarding pass pulled up so I went to the help Desk. He just shrugged his shoulders so I went elsewhere to ask. Turns out I was outside the 4 hour check in Window. Now I’m sitting in the front area where disabled people can sit. It’s FULL of SWA employees. 2 are sleeping. WTH??

Southwest was amazing considering I had a horrible trip to LA once on board the seats were comfortable. The staff was amazing complementary courtesy snacks were appreciated. Flight was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend Southwest I will be flying with them again.
