We always try to fly SW! Tonight on our way to Denver from Grand Rapids, the flights attendant told us that we might be able to see the northern lights. Here are a few pics we took from the plane. Crazy! This is my first time ever seeing them♥️ and there was also a lightning storm!

I want to commend and praise Frank Horvath, an agent of yours at the Denver International Airport, who assisted getting me and my family to Seattle. Our Alaska flight had been canceled and he was kind, never badmouthed the other airline, and simply helped me. Thank you Frank!! We made it to see our son for parents weekend and you helped make that happen. Thank You Southwest Airlines!

Always great flying with Southwest. 99 percent of the flight crew is always smiling, professional, kind and helpful. Clean seats, clean aisle and the aircraft as a whole. Lavatory is also clean. They provide a quite decent amount of snacks, more than any domestic airline I had experienced. Best domestic airline I've been flying with in the United States so far.

Southwest Airlines is now my air travel 🧳 preference. How do they do it? … They allow 2 free bags up to 50 pounds to be checked. You can bring two carry-ons on the plane. Seating is first come first served. They bring you pretzels made by an all-women company and a drink of your choice. Who the heck does that anymore? I was in contact with at least a handful or more employees and they were all friendly and helpful. Allowing for the squishing of my legs that are on all airplanes (aside from first class), it was a fantastic experience!

Southwest Airlines shows so much care and compassion for their travels. Michael, the flight attendant today took so much care to help my daughter when she was experiencing a sinus infection. He was compassionate and kind to her and to our family. I am always so enamored by the level of care Southwest Airlines shows their guests. So thankful to be an A list member - proud to fly Southwest Airlines!

I’ve always had outstanding experiences with Southwest, but my recent encounter with a staff member at Denver International named Jda was the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had traveling with the airline and, honestly, as a trans person, one of the worst I’ve faced while traveling anywhere. While following standard procedure and redistributing my items into two bags, I was holding hats that can easily be damaged. Jda was aggressive and dismissive, ultimately threatening me and making it unclear whether I’d be allowed to board. Their behavior caused me deep anxiety and made me feel less than human. Traveling is already stressful, especially for trans and POC individuals, and experiences like this make it even harder. I’m sharing this because I hope Southwest takes action to ensure all passengers are treated with dignity and respect.

My luggage ended up missing for a while at the Denver international airport and Jenn, Mary, and Melissa (supervisor) did everything in their power to find it. They made it a top priority when I was in a rush and they went above and beyond. I appreciate you ladies. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
