First time flying this airline. I was very impressed with their customer service. Very personable. Answered all my questions at the gate. Flight left on time, and I even landed early at my final destination! I like how they travel to the smaller airports regularly. Sometimes traveling to the larger airports can be a headache. Less hassle to deal with. There's no bells or whistles with the plane; just expect great service with a smile!

I really enjoyed this whole experience. I called for a ride once I got off my American Airlines flight from Tallahassee. The ride showed up on time where he said he would be and was courteous and helpful. Once in the small terminal, the staff was helpful and also very kind and helpful. We got a short orientation from the pilot and our seat assignments then boarded the single prop, 15 seater airplane. Sitting where I was, I watched the pilots go through system checks and eventually control our taxi and lift off. I was able to see so much through my little window and thoroughly enjoyed our somewhat loud and very intimate flight. We dove into and out of clouds, bursting into sunlight and rocking around in the small pockets of turbulent air. I never felt unsafe. This flight got my straight into the tiny Hot Springs airport where my wife was actually on the tarmac to greet me when I landed. And it was $50 cheaper than it would have been for me to fly into Little Rock and have her drive an hour each way to pick me up! I highly recommend looking into this airline for options when you're traveling, especially into a small airport.

If you want to experience what America was like prior to nice airports and quality air care then this is for you. I had to exit the main airport and find their taxi service. The taxi service was very rude and difficult to coordinate with on the phone. There is no security checking baggage and no amenities in any “airport” locations. Our pilot decided to leave and get Tylenol when it was time to board and leave which delayed our flight by over 30 minutes.

A great experience flying with them,it feels like a tour of the city 😊flights are cheaper and on time or earlier than ETA however if you get nauseous during flights this might not be the best for u.
