Diana Chamberlain is amazing! She booked 6 of us on an Alaskan Cruise. We chose Discovery Princess and it was perfect. Our cabins were all together so we could open the balcony into a large one for all of us. The ship was beautiful, the staff had the best customer service I have ever seen. Diana’s help and instruction on how to maneuver our flights, hotels in Seattle, excursions etc was spot on. We did whale watching in Juneau, white railroad pass in Skagway and just self exploration in Ketchikan. Our favorite day was Glacier Bay. We were able to just stay on our balcony, order drinks and food from our princess app. and have it delivered right to our rooms. We definitely recommend going platinum, even if you don’t drink the other perks are worth it. Thank you Diana for arranging and guiding us to the perfect vacation for us.

I've never used a travel agency before in my life, but when my family of 5 tried to book a cruise to the Caribbean I realized that we needed to go through an agent to get the "special rooms" on the ship for family sizes like ours (at least that's what the forums online said).
