I recently took my wife on vacation last week, since this is our first time staying with Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando near the airport; I have to admit that one of our best experiences we ever had. For starters the accommodations they make for ADA guests(disabilities with wheelchairs) is amazing! The ADA rooms are spacious and the low showers with bench come with the room. They do provide free hot breakfast, coffee, tea etc. from 6am-9am M-F, S&S 6am-10am. The staff members are very courteous, friendly and professional individuals. We plan to stay with them again and strongly suggest!

My family and I had the absolute worst experience at the Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando International Airport, and I feel compelled to warn others about this appalling establishment. Our stay, if you can even call it that, lasted a mere three hours—from 4:00 PM to 6:42 PM—due to a medical emergency involving my young daughter, and the treatment we received from the staff was nothing short of deplorable. This hotel’s abysmal service, unprofessional staff, and substandard facilities make it a place to avoid at all costs. We checked in at 4:00 PM, hoping for a brief but comfortable stay near Orlando International Airport. However, our visit took a terrifying turn when my daughter began vomiting at the front desk and then fainted in our room. She was showing signs of dehydration, so we rushed her to the hospital. In the midst of this distressing situation, the front desk staff member, Joel, displayed a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. His attitude was dismissive, cold, and outright rude, as if our family’s emergency was an inconvenience to him. He showed zero concern for my daughter’s well-being and offered no assistance, acting as though his job was a burden he couldn’t be bothered to care about. We had paid for two nights, but due to the emergency, we didn’t even use the room for a single night. When we tried to address this with Joel, he was unhelpful and refused to provide any contact information for a supervisor, claiming he didn’t have an email or phone number for her. He told us to call back four days later to speak with someone named Crystal. When we did, Crystal was just as unprofessional and callous as Joel. She dismissed our situation entirely, stating that it “didn’t matter” what happened to my daughter and that we were still obligated to pay for the unused nights. It’s clear that neither Joel nor Crystal has been trained in basic customer service or how to handle interactions with guests, especially those in distress. Their behavior was not only heartless but also utterly unacceptable for anyone working in hospitality. Beyond the disgraceful staff, the hotel itself is a complete letdown. The room we were assigned reeked of a musty, unpleasant odor that made it feel unclean and unwelcoming. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, far below the standard you’d expect from a hotel in a tourist hub like Orlando. With countless other hotels in the area—many of which are undoubtedly cleaner, better managed, and staffed by people who actually care about their guests—there’s no reason to waste your money or risk your peace of mind at this place. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of a medical emergency, rude and unhelpful staff, and a subpar facility made our brief stay a nightmare. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice and choose literally any other option in Orlando. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—steer clear of the Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando International Airport.

Crystal the front desk supervisor was awesome, couldn't ask for better person. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also ophelia the house keeping manager was extremely helpful, they missed cleaning our room one day, she was very respectful and made sure that didn't happen again. We had to extend our stay twice and we needed to do laundry, there machine was broken, so she offered to do them for us in the house keeping laundry. Also Joel the night shift desk operator was awesome. He went to the trouble to find us a laundry mat close by. He did recommend a very good one . My hat is off to everyone. You get a chance to stay there please do. It's on McCoy rd going towards the airport. God bless them all.

Met my expectations. Nothing negative to report but wasn't blown away either. Clean, comfortable & quiet room. Breakfast was assorted wrapped pastries/muffins, a waffle maker and pre- made breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in a microwave oven. No complaints here. I would stay here again. Also they had an inviting looking pool but we didn't have the opportunity to use it....busy with Disney & Universal.

VACATION RUINED - My wife and I booked the hotel for a week. They had BUGS crawly all over. Roaches. To top it off they advertised a pool and didn't even have water in the pool. There was NO maid service and the so-called continental breakfast had stale rotten food. I had to go to the front desk every time I needed a fresh towel. The beds were lumpy and had bed bugs. We asked for a refund but they refused to give me the managers name/info.
