Great stepping stone for being a flight attendant or pilot. All the teaching instructors there are wonderful!! The maintenance crew are super nice and funny too! Hard to find an unfriendly soul. Everyone pushes you to be your best in helping and servicing others!!

Not my favorite. Their customer service isn't as good as some of the other airlines, their flights are very limited, and their flight crew makes me nervous because they aren't as knowledgeable as some of the attendants on other airlines (yes I am aware that Skywest employees sometimes work flights for other airlines) the quality and performance between airlines is not as seamless as they seem to think

I would love to give a shoutout to SkyWest and specifically the ladies at the Jackson airport who SAVED the day this morning. We booked a ticket to Mexico via Aeromexico (do not recommended) but Delta was operating the flight. When we arrived at check in this morning, we come to find out that Aeromexico had CANCELED our tickets without notifying us. Nobody had a clear explanation for us why, other than the airline or bank may have suspected Fraud (I called my bank and everything was good on their end.) The customer service representatives at Sky West jumped into action and acted quickly in attempt to resolve the issue and get us on our departing flight. At one point, three different ladies were on the phone trying to sort out the issue with Aeromexico. What was the most impressive about this is that as Delta reps, it was not even their error and they worked SO hard and diligently to get us on the flight nonetheless. The manager Laura Lewis even waved our baggage fees to help compensate for our undue stress. The two service reps that were assisting us were Lyall and Jeanine.... they were outstanding. They ended up getting us on the plane with no time to spare and we are so grateful to SkyWest and Delta for having top notch employees. It’s rare to see this type of customer service nowadays. Thank you for going above and beyond Lyall, Laura and Jeanine!!!!!

I went there for aeronautics day. It was a fantastic experience with different airlines and a plethora of options available for people just getting out of high school.
