Very happy as service was excellent. We were updated before our arrival as to the name and contact details of the greeter, and what to expect. When we arrived, the greeter, Javeed, met us and assisted us to clear immigration, collect our luggage, and clear customs. Javeed was professional and courteous. We also booked transportation to our hotel; the vehicle was new and clean, and the driver was good. In all, we are very happy with the excellent service provided to us .

I just received a glowing and very wonderful report from my Philippine Bride of 21 Years. Today (11/14/25) she is making her 1st solo international trip to visit the Philippines - she has been scared. Sky VIP services is fantastic. My flight from Atlanta was delayed so my connection time was a little short. I was met at the plane and quickly and efficiently brought through immigration, to the domestic terminal security and to my gate. Mayra was knowledge and friendly, everyone in the airport seemed to know and love her. Travel is stressful enough, so it is worth the investment to be guided stress free through the airport. I am scheduling the service for my return trip.
