This is an outright fraudulent company. They lure people in with promises of free 2-night hotel stays via travel vouchers, but it’s nothing more than a scam. When you attempt to redeem the voucher, you’re met with complete silence—their so-called customer service is non-existent. They do not respond, they do not assist, and they certainly do not honor their offers. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation, and it's designed to deceive. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not waste your time, money, or trust on this sham of a business.

I know Sky Travels people since last 10 years. They were refereed to me by one of my close friend. Since then we have never looked anywhere else for our regular ticketing needs. Even during urgency , they have never disappointed us. Superb Sky Travels , keep up the good work. All the best.

Worst Service ever. Please do not book any tickets from this agent. He put me through lot of harassments and struggle. I asked him to book ticket for my mother as she was 57 years old, he promised to book ticket and took money upfront but on the day of ticket booking , i called him several times, my whole family tried calling him and then he responds at 1pm that i was sleeping and ticket was not booked. My mother had to travel in general without confirm ticket and we need to attend the funeral next day of close relative and travelling was urgent. Just so careless in his service. Never ever book tickets from them, just arrogant and careless person.

Non-cooperative staff with temperament issues and Bad service. We booked our flight through them and the airlines had informed them about a change in the fight timing , which we have a proof of. However , they did not receive any such mail as quoted by them , you can blame an reputed airline for the same. They did not accept their fault, Infact , started blaming us (the customers) of missing calls and messages from the airline which we never received. They left us stranded and asked us to pay for the flight again. Neither did the airlines nor did this agency help us in anyway. We ended up paying more than required. I would strongly suggest not to book any flights through this agency.

Turky was my third tour with seven sky..all of these tours were better experience then other..they have amazing helpful,polite and prompt staff..who helped us immediately whenever needed,so well organised, service food,punctuality, just everything was really good,I would highly recommend this to everyone..and would like to say thank you again.
