Have used service several times, but lately slow in getting you to airport as well as pickup. Took almost 30 mins last time for both drop-off and pickup (after 2 calls). Other companies had multiple vans pickup while I waited. Also, was charged an extra day for being 1 hour over the time and part of this was due to delayed flight and waiting for pickup. Will find a different parking service. Plenty of them out there.

I was a passenger in the shuttle when the driver drove under and into the covered parking. After getting whiplash and experiencing shoulder, neck and back pain, I was asked to pay for parking $25 for my short stay. I left voicemails for managers James and Brandi with no response. There does not seem to be any concern for me regarding this company. See photos attached of the accident.

I love this airport parking!!! Danny greets me every time I come through and I park up and the shuttle bus picks you up where you park your car and takes you direct to the kerbside of your airline terminal. The service is great, the staff are personable and helpful and I can go away knowing my car is safe on a secure parking lot with actual people on site to ensure it’s kept well

The drivers were very friendly and punctual, and we appreciated the smooth transportation. However, we used the Employee Network discount program, which advertises $3 off daily rates. When we parked, we informed the attendant, and she advised us to present the discount at checkout. At checkout, we were told the discount couldn’t be applied because our reservation already included a discounted rate. However, the description still makes it seem like the $3 off is in addition to the regular rate, which was misleading. In reality, there was no actual discount applied beyond what anyone would receive with a reservation. Had we known this, we likely would have opted to park directly at the airport, which would have been more convenient and similarly priced. I’d recommend clarifying the language in the Employee Network offer so others don’t feel misled.

Was always my "go to" parking place when going out of town, but that ended this week. Do NOT purchase a Groupon for parking as they will not honor it as they have before. Attendant stated that I already received a reservation quote that was discounted, so I could not use Groupon. When contacting, the story changed. Now it was an issue with ME not putting the Groupon number in the reservation (despite them never requiring thus before). Also wouldn't let me apply it retroactively. I'm just done. Between this and the slow shuttle service the last few times, there are better places to park. Before, I had NO issue just applying the Groupon for what I purchased. Additionally, on the two recent trips I've waited at least 20 minutes for their shuttle service. This trip, a 9 o' clock arrival had me literally watching 4 other trucks (from a single competitor) pick up their customers. I won't mention them by name as to appear biased, but Sky Harbor will no longer be my choice for airport parking.
