I’m at this place picking up material in a Sunday I’m the only driver. Hot order for a customer to delivery to Galveston TX to a cruise ship broke down the personal inside the office awesome pretty fast get paperwork but now the warehouse are just talking and ignoring me and when they come to talk to me they saying I mite not get load it until some guy come in.. please call with a two days aged before coming to see if material is out of the cargo containers Wow I’m amazed by how there care about customer

Wait time to be off loaded ridiculous.. so disorganized trucks lined up everywhere. A complete disaster
