Our luggage wasn’t delivered to Singapore Airlines from my initial flight; they tracked it down, called me every day, and ensured it was delivered to me and my wife. Excellent customer service. Food on the flight was also excellent.

A few days I was faced with a delay and Patrick Bun, a Singapore Airlines Customer Service Agent, went above and beyond to assist in making my flight. Patrick is the pride of Singapore Airlines and one of their 1000s of quality employees who make SQ #1.

I called 800-742 -333 Singapore Airline number a hundred times. It is always busy. I haven't been able to get through. Why have a number when your customer are not able to get through.

SCAM!!!!!! Do not call this number. They tried charge us $250 each to reissue our ticket because the flight time changed by 10 minutes.

overall nice airport and staff at sea tac. there is one airline which i want specifically wanted to highlight. about a year ago this month, SIA (Singapore International Airlines) staff in SeaTac was very unhelpful. Beautiful Chinese woman maybe Singaporean from her accent but was extremely unhelpful. I missed my flight that SIA partnered with Alaska Air and she said it was my fault for not choosing the right layover time at this airport and refused to help me. it was a very stressful ordeal as I had also ankle and back pain then. there was another very unhappy customer from Texas that had also missed his flight as result of SIA app mess. however, SIA customer service from the app chat was understanding and assisted me to book another flight the following day. SIA if u r reading this, kindly address the bad customer service or agent at Sea Tac!
