Got hit by one of their busses which was clearly their fault. Left a message for the general manager and safety operation manager to gather more information regarding their insurance and file a complaint against the driver who got out of the bus and started yelling at me, and never received a called back.

Very unreliable pick up service at Logan Airport. No 12:00 bus. Or 12:30 bus. 1:00 bus finally showed up late. This happens often. Not depenable. Was told they don't have enough drivers to cover the Framinham / Logan Airport route.

I had a horrible experience with this company, I wish I could give zero stars. We arranged two buses for transportation for my son's wedding. The buses were over 45 minutes late picking up guests at the hotel. I did not receive a call, text or email to let me know they were delayed. I was at the church with the wedding party and started receiving frantic calls and texts from guests who had been waiting and the buses hadn't shown up. When I called and spoke with the GM, Keith, I was told there was "traffic" and the buses were delayed. This is a transportation company, I assumed they were aware of and would account for typical traffic in the area (north of Boston). There was not an accident or other unforeseen event, rather, poor planning and abysmal communication. At a minimum I should have been alerted that the buses were delayed so I could let guests know but they didn't even do that. Finally the guests arrived at the church, however, the ceremony started late. Post wedding I reached out for an explanation and still have not heard back after nearly 3 weeks. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this company and wish I had chosen a different company.

So happy with this company! Booking my event was easy, and the office people were great to work with! I run a camp for 6-12-year-olds, and the drivers were kind and very helpful! I will be using this company yearly, no need to look further! Thank you Silver Fox for transporting my precious children to camp and home again in a safe manner, and in a beautiful comfortable bus!

L10 bus lavatory stinking up the whole bus 2 nights in a row. They don’t seam to care about it I guess. I mentioned it to the driver and staff. Can’t open a window to catch fresh air. Need to contact health department on this.
