    Awesome expreience here! I can't thank this staff enough for going out of their way to help a stressed pilot with a down plane and dead battery. The front desk agent, Hila, welcomed us with respect and humor about the situation. She even went the distance in helping my co-pilot and I find a room for the night. Notes were made and Craig with maintenance was on the job before I even contacted them in the morning. He even updated me each hour with progress reports. WOW! What a relieving experience this was. Seriously can't recommend them enough!

    Adding this as someone who recently delivered to front desk person who works second shift. She is EXTREMELY rude. Directions were not clear enough as we just followed directions where GPS took us for delivery pin. As someone who just moved here and had ZERO idea about this location she was at, it was difficult to understand what she was saying about location. You could have been a HELL of a lot nicer lady. Your customer service skills suck. Better directions could have been “ do not enter main airport. Continuo Down road until you see road on left and turn down it, where you will find the signature flight at the end” Easily could of said “ that’s okay, I know it can be confusing to some if they aren’t familiar with airport are” But you took the negative route. Hopefully you were just having a bad day . 👍🏼

    Nice and friendly FBO. Had a fuel/lunch stop here, everything was very fast, the lady at the desk (Hila I believe) was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.

    We drove from Johnson City to Roanoke to see our son land, who is a corporate pilot. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were very impressed with the staff. A young gentleman named Kendall took us out to where we had a great view of our son landing. Many thanks again to all the staff there for a great time!

    The hours are not 24/7. The lights were off and the doors locked early this morning. How has signature taken over so many FBOs and created over priced jet centers that all but exclude single engine pistons? How about a real FBO where pilots are welcomed.
