The people at Signature were very friendly and most welcoming. Directed us to well stocked lounge while we waited to board our plane. First time flying private with a dear friend. A great experience.

Absolutely the worst FBO experience I've ever had. The staff at Signature were incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for showing up. On top of that, their pricing is a complete ripoff. Everything—from handling fees to fuel—was outrageously overpriced, and they nickel-and-dime you for every little thing. It’s clear they care more about squeezing every dollar out of you than providing decent service. I've flown into dozens of FBOs across the country, and this one stands out—in the worst possible way. Avoid Signature if you can. There are far better options out there where you're treated with respect and charged fairly.

I'm writing this review while my son is in the air. As long as he comes back alive the 5 ⭐ rating stands, and if I could give 10 ⭐ I would. Words can't explain the experience he's having and his pilot is Amazing!! If you're going to do something like this, I highly recommend this outfit and you should request " Chip" as your pilot

Airport great. Easy to access from south. No psycho Airport Police, Like Tampa Airport. There is no Southern to return to St Petersburg. You have to go to the north and access Gulf To Bay. Drive to Clearwater and get on 19 to return to St Pete. After driving a short distance to P.I.E., the trip back is out of the way & very inconvenient. Whoever planned the new roadways, in that area was an idiot. But Airport is great!!!

Glad they have a restroom at the cell phone lot. Would like to have a large arrival screen at cell phone lot. Glad the construction is finally done 👍
