I waited over 1.5 hours for fuel, despite being assured multiple times that a fuel truck was on its way. Unfortunately, the truck never arrived. Eventually, I was informed that no one was available to provide avgas and was asked to wait an additional 45 minutes. The lack of clear communication and poor service was highly disappointing.

We took off 32 minutes late because Signature kept us behind another plane and would not tow us up front or even move the plane in front of us when we asked twice. We had called ahead for a three day trip with our arrival time and departure time the day before the trip. When we arrived Friday we were told our plane would be online at 0830 for a 1000 departure on Sunday. When we arrived at 0900 Sunday we were told the plane was still in the outer area and they would move it up when they had room. When we got to the plane we saw it was behind the wing of another plane. We told the line guys if we couldn't get up front soon we'd need the other plane moved so we could taxi out from there. When it was getting close to departure time and our passengers were already waiting, we asked again to have the other plane moved. They said they would have a spot for us up front soon. Finally at 1015 they towed us up front; 15 minutes past our takeoff time and an hour and 45 minutes past when they said they would have us in place.

I've been doing this for close to 40 years , this FBO is just subpar. While the building is nice and new the service is the worst I have experienced. Their marshallers are utterly clueless ( one being a ramp supervisor) We asked to have the aircraft online at a certain time and it wasn't, our passenger had to walk a long distance to the aircraft , we asked that ramp supervisor to have the aircraft fueled for our departure and we were reassured it would , needless to say it was not . Simply unacceptable and far from other Signature FBOs standards.
