Booked a half-day tour with this agency, my driver cum guide Aamir is punctual for the pickup, and brought to me to the major sights in the heart of Mumbai. Along the way, he shared with me the significance behind each of the sight and answered all my queries professionally. If you are short on time and want to see as many sights as possible, I will recommend this tour.

Many of u may be offended as I am posting somewhat a negative review. I had been told by someone that this company provides tour to studios. Being a bollywood fan, I reached out but the man did not provide any clear detail & told to pay 4900/- (not a small amt) when asked details he said it might be anything an ad shoot or , modelling, may be models or junior artist will be there. When asked for details of venue, he refused to share and moreover we have to go ourselves to the place where a person will meet us. Now tell me how can u go to a place without prior knowledge. If 5000/- is taken atleast share proper details like venue, type of event or shoot. Paying randomly & then if we see only models or filmcity location- do you think it is worth? Package has clear itinerary. Very disappointing. I was scared & did not take it. I have been asked to remove my review but why? My sincere question if u go to a hotel, first you look into menu & then order and pay. Y should I pay for a random place. As per consumer act we have right to choice & information. I just asked that. U say you will book after payment. Say I pay & u book for a model shoot which I dont need- then? Should not we have information reg thebplqce we are going to visit? How this is professional ethics- this is clear violation of consumer’s rights. I simply ask where u will take- if I feel right, I will pay & take the service but instead u say- pay first then go to place which may not be of my choice.

Company was fantastic to utilize. Very proactively responsive. Told me well in advance where the meeting point would be. Driver was waiting with a sign, helped me with my bags, and whisked me away to the hotel. Highly recommend. Very professional!
