Delightful little airport, with free coffee and a snack tray today. Very friendly staff like Janelle and the TSA guys, and new and improved Contour jets since last year! I trust them already and I haven't even flown yet💕

It's a very small, friendly airport. It's easy and convenient to fly to Phoenix on Contour Airlines.

January 16, 2024 I flew from Show Low to Phoenix. Everything went flawlessly from purchasing a ticket to picking up my bag and everything in between. The crew at the airport was friendly and professional in getting me through whole process. The plane was clean and comfortable and the flight was smooth. I was worried that it would be a rough flight on such a small plane, but we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this flight to anyone and will definitely use this service again.

Possibly the worst airport I have had to deal with. They mess up flights, lose luggage and lie to customers. Once, ok things happen. Twice, maybe it’s a fluke. And now 3 times we’ve had issues with flights. They get 5 stars for terrible customer service because they changed our flight on us just calling and saying it was cancelled with no explanation and the customer service rep literally said oh well when we were trying to figure out the issue. Just because you’re the only airport within 100 miles doesn’t mean you have the right to treat your customers like trash. Do better

Wish I could give a 0, southern air cancelled my flight about 10 hours before departure. They put me on a bus so my 45 minute flight went to 3-3.5 bus ride. No refund of any money or any future flight credit. The bus ride was hang on, I would have gotten off if there was another way.. The guy at the airport said they have been waiting on some parts for the plane. And have been waiting for a while, so I asked if they were waiting on the parts when I booked the flight….. yes. So they knew that it was going to be cancelled. Sorry but 115$ for a bus ride from hell is not worth 115$. I could have drove myself a hell of a lot cheaper. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE SOUTHERN AIRLINE AGAIN!
