This hotel looks like it could do with a complete renovation, the rooms are shabby and dated. The bed is very comfortable and the AC works so that's good. We stayed 1 night after a long flight and the location was perfect as it's across from the car rental. The girl on checkin was very friendly ☺️. Buffet breakfast was 10/10 oatmeal, fresh fruit, omelette station, good coffee.

My stay at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel was okay it served its purpose for a quick trip. The property itself could use a little TLC, as some areas feel a bit dated. As someone who travels often, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again, but if you’re looking for something convenient and close to the airport, it’s worth checking out. On the plus side, the hotel has a few nice amenities including a small convenience store, a Starbucks, a bar, and a restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. The only real downside was the elevators they were extremely slow. Overall, there’s nothing particularly bad to say about this hotel; it just didn’t deliver that “wow” factor I usually look for.

I used to really enjoy this hotel, but in recent years it's starting to drop on my estimations. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to the airport. I stay here usually when overnighting while traveling or if coming into Miami for a short work trip. It's a short and easy walk from and to the airport, and the bar and restaurant is pretty nice with very nice staff. The rooms however, are really showing their age. They are quite run down with a lot of minor issues that add up quickly. Like bubbled paint, I had a room some time ago with a leaking window, and my last trip I noticed a lot of the room key card sensors on the room doors are damaged or missing. The rooms now have refrigerators, which is great. But since most rooms never had one they have been placed in very weird and inconvenient locations in the room. And while the bar and restaurant staff are really nice and pleasant, I've found in my last few visits that the front desk staff aren't as pleasant. While I was checking last time (about 1 week ago) the lady at the desk never greeted me, could barely look away from some papers she seemed to be confused by, and was all around quite rude. If I have to overnight with either a late arrival or early departure I might stay here again, otherwise I doubt very much I would return.

My experience at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel was very good. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service. The room was comfortable and the bed perfect for resting, although some areas of the hotel could use some updates. What I value the most is the staff’s attention — always kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Yaiset at the Club Lounge, who is a great worker: attentive, professional, and always willing to help. Thanks to her, my lounge experience was even better. The Club Lounge is a comfortable space to relax, with drinks and snacks available all day and a sufficient breakfast to start the day. Overall, it’s a very convenient hotel for short stays or business trips near the airport, with a team that truly makes a difference.

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel – Executive I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel. It’s super close to the airport, which makes traveling really easy, but it’s still quiet and comfortable. You can also get to downtown Miami quickly by taxi or Uber – very convenient! The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. For me, it was the perfect place to start my trip — I stayed here May 2019 before boarding the NCL Sky for a Caribbean cruise, including a stop in Cuba. Overall, everything was just right. A great stay before the big adventure — thank you, Sheraton Miami!
