Nia, Tori, Natalia provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond. They were very friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in the door. They loved the vision jet. See photo below! Fuel was delivered within 5 minutes of pulling up and the GPU was free. They also have CAA so definitely my preferred FBO and airport in the Tampa area. Respectfully, DR. Very nice private airport facility with an excellent service including nice shade over unloading area, which comes very handy at Tampa's weather. The place is very close to the big and fancy shopping mall with number of restaurants and hotels. Sheltair was so nice that they charged us only one overnight parking fee for our plane for staying there for two nights.

I'm a limo driver and have been to my share of airports. Sheltair was great. The staff was courteous, very professional and overall great. I look forward to working with them again.

This review is for pilots arriving in their airplanes: Ya’ know… Most FBO’s want you to utilize their services, but not so much this one. Arrived, was marshaled to a spot, and that’s where the service ended. Walked in, and not one of the four individuals behind the counter even bothered to greet us — Had to stand there politely for a few seconds before we were acknowledged. They oblige our requests, albeit grudgingly so. The rental car was not brought out to the plane, so we talked to the Hertz person, got the keys, drove up to the entry gate, called in, then waited for several minutes. Called again, and then a few minutes later someone showed up. We had quite a few bags, and started unloading… A line guy showed up and asked if he could help, I very politely said, “Sure, that would be great.” …and then to my bewilderment, he wandered away looking at his phone. We unloaded our Citation Mustang while no less than six line guys (See Image) stood talking with each other only about 25 yards away. We’ll go to the other FBO next time.
