Passed through here twice now. First time no one charged me for fuel and when I called to pay they would not allow me to pass payment over the phone. Second time I came through I very specifically asked “do not fuel us, I’ll call you the day of with our fuel load”. Call to give them a fuel load (too heavy to takeoff right away if we were topped off) and discovered we were “topped off” without anyone asking too or calling the FBO. FBO front ask even told me “Top off as requested”. When inquired about accountability or where this fuel request came from we were met with “I don’t know” Please use Signature in the future or perhaps explore options at TPA.

I parked overnight at SPG for a short visit with relatives in St. Petersburg. Service at Sheltair is top notch, and the facility is very nice. On arrival they directed me to park right in front of the terminal then later moved my airplane a short distance and tied it down securely for the night. When I returned the next morning it had been fueled per my request. Very friendly employees.Great FBO, great airport.

Flew in with a pilot friend - everyone was super friendly and attentive from the moment we hopped out of the airplane. Love how close it is to the farmer's market and my favorite sushi place. Sheltair Albert Whitted is a great example of how a FBO should be!

First of All Albert Whitted fbo Sheltair Is the best and one of the great examples of best Fbo!! The lady At desk named Francesca should be there in every Fbo we guys visit help as as she knows us very personally.... Happy to go to the Fbo where they have people like this. Again i would like to tell Francesca is the Best!!!!!!
