Great place to kite on a South wind. Thermals make it ridable even when predictions call for SW wind. If it is sunny and a South wind, it will be ridable no matter what the forecasts say. Can be good on a north as well. Large grass area to set up and lots of beach to walk or setup on. Large public Park with bathrooms, picnic area, playground and rental party room just south or kiting area

Unique location. Prevailing winds and shallow water, due to to currently high Lake M. levels, make it an ideal kiters haven.
