I was having some trouble with a family court matter, being that I moved to a different state some of the documents weren’t written the correct way to help me. after countless road blocks and speaking with lawyers I got in contact with Mrs. Lehmann. She walked me through the correct steps and kept tabs on my case. She was patient and helpful every time I called. She went above and beyond to help me out and I am very grateful.

There is a reason the rating are so low. Lazy unfriendly staff. There is no consequences when they don’t do their jobs. I came in and needed help because I was wrongly ticketed and let the staff in the office know I have no idea what I’m doing and need help. They told me to look myself up and figure it out. Not sure what I am paying taxes for.

The Sheboygan County Courthouse isn’t about justice; it’s about control and cash flow. If you think you're walking into a fair legal process, think again. The Clerk of Courts acts more like a ruthless collection agency than a public servant. Miss a deadline even when it’s their mistake, and they’ll fast-track you to collections without blinking. Try asking questions? You’ll get either a blank stare or thinly veiled contempt. The entire system thrives on confusion: vague rules, bloated fees, and zero accountability. It’s not designed to help people; it's designed to trap them. Court here isn’t a place to resolve issues. It’s a machine built to grind the vulnerable for every dollar and submission they can squeeze out. Justice doesn’t live here. Just a well-dressed scam that feeds off the public.
