The Kims took the time to work with my schedule and interests and helped plan a wonderful trip for me!! Highly recommend!

I needed to book a domestic multi-city trip. I called Sharp Travel out of curiosity to see how their prices compared to Expedia, Kayak, etc. Don't ask me how - but they offered me flights at the dates and times I wanted, for over $100 less than what I was seeing online!! I usually don't write reviews, but I am now halfway through my multi-city trip, and I am still impressed. Thank you Sharp Travel!

This May my wife and I went to Eastern Europe & Balkan package tour for 12 days, which was arranged by Sharp Tour. It was amazing experience we never ever had before. Every local guide was well educated, trained and talented to make this long trip delighted. Further, we really enjoyed high quality hospitality including specialized local foods and more than 4.5 star hotels at every visiting place. Worst customer service. My grandmother booked a ticket and her name was mispelled. The agency said they will re issue the ticket with a fee almost the same as her airfare. We called Korean Air and they said they are okay to change the name with no charge as long as the agency will initiate the change. My grandmother told the travel agency about the Korean Air’s advice but they didnt do anything. She has to cancel her trip.
